Our team at Elevate just finished a major renovation at a home in Casula, NSW. The client collaborated with our architects after returning from a holiday to create a modern, open-plan living space with new bathrooms, stylish built-in wardrobes, and a stunning Balinese-inspired backyard. The goal was to make their backyard feel like a private oasis.

We started by completely renovating the interior, stripping it down to the original frame, and expanding the guest bathroom by removing walls. We also added new beams to support the open living area.

To enhance comfort, we set up 16kw Daikin air conditioning system that covers the entire house with different zones. The driveway got a makeover with fresh concrete, paint, and sealant. The team installed a motorized fence, painted and rendered the exterior walls, and revamped the original 1970s Pebblecrete pool using ocean blue tiles and elegant silver grey travertine around the pool's edge.
